Description:
Built by Alco-Brooks in October of 1920, CRIP 2-8-2 #2604 was a versatile member of the roster by handling both passenger and freight service. Specs - K-60 class, 63" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 28x30" cylinders, engine wt of 337,240 lb and tractive effort of 63,467 lb. The loco was retired and sold for scrap in March of 1952.
