Oil Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Bay Head Junction, New Jersey, c. 1966. Pictured at the left is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4209, an EP-20 built by GM-EMD as number "5849" in August of 1947, rated at 2,000 horsepower, and renumbered "4209" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger. At the right are Central Railroad of New Jersey engines #3683 and #3682. Both are GP-40's built by GM-EMD.
